Sauna Suit
Ladies, I know having a flatter stomach is a primary target & aesthetic motivator for you. Wearing a sauna suit or waist trainer, can assist you towards achieving this goal.
How?
Through elevated abdominal temperature. The basic science behind this is that wearing the sauna suit during your workout (and outside of your workout), result in elevated core temperature, relative to body parts without the sauna suit over it. with an elevated temperature, your body’s thermoregulatory system must work harder to keep the temperature within acceptable ranges (perspiration). This physiologic response and function, requires an elevation in energy expenditure. And the source of energy can be subcutaneous and visceral fat. In other words, wearing a sauna suit, does assist your efforts further towards you achieving waist reduction.

Floor exercises are best done with an exercise mat. A mat 1/2 inch thick can add cushion and reduce friction abrasion of your skin, when doing flexion exercises such as abdominal crunches or sit ups.
