Integrated Personal Training System
Considering that our current membership and persons who join our system (online & face to face groups), do so for the long haul (years); and/or the reality that the majority of our members have achieved a solid foundation (mental & physical) in fitness, our system structure has now developed an annual structure (general), with quarterly block focus:

Functional & Physiologic Systems Prep for training blocks ahead.
3 Days Flush & Vetox Supervised (every 2nd Monday-Wednesday). Free with membership (Online, The Hope Institute, The Bustamante Hospital for Children).
April-June: Thique Summer Body Prep (Burn n Build)
HEAVY Weights- Heavy Volume-Dominant.

We will be hosting 3 fitness challenges (single person) over the year, open to member and non-members. 2 of the challenges with a duration of 50 days, as well as a different theme. And 1: The Fittest A D Fittest Games.

Rescheduled Wellness Retreat Experience! (May 14-17, 2026)
Hurricane Melissa forced us to postpone.
After consultation with participants the villa & other stakeholders, the consensus is for our rescheduled wellness retreat (Portland, Jamaica), to take place: May 14-17, 2026 (weeks before the 2026 Atlantic Hurricane season start date).

Hurricane Melissa for Jamaica, is a fresh highlight of the reality of Climate Change/Shifts & our vulnerability to Natural Hazards/Disasters as a Small Island Developing State (SIDS). On this basis, our continued endeavor of creating content geared toward sensitizing & educating the public of geo specific to their reality, will continue. Likewise, will be our hosting of excursions.
