50 Days Christmas Weight Loss Challenge

 

A FREE virtual weight loss experience geared towards motivating and inspiring up to 100 participants, towards primarily achieving through lifestyle strategies, under the watchful eyes and guidance of OB Fitness professionals. Each day throughout the challenge, the challenge of the day will be shared on our website. And every weekend throughout the challenge, the participants will engage in group activities that will be live on our website, and YouTube channel, to help foster a wide community of support, ultimately geared towards inspiring longer term healthier lifestyle adoption.

How The Winner is Declared

The winner is determined primarily based on the total weight lost. If we have a tie in this area, the cumulative measurements change (Arm, Bust, Waist) will be the secondary.  If we have a tie here, punctuality (group activities) will be the tertiary. If we have a tie here, Public Perception Vote (to be explained at the time, if applicable), will be quaternary.

  1. Formally Sign Up Here
  2. Get your Physician Clearance (exercise)
  3. Capture Your Day 1 photos (close-fitting, workout attire).
  4. Capture your Weight (day 1, day 25, day 49) & insert your weight below.
  5. Record your body measurements–Day 1, day 25 & Day 49 (see video guide below), and insert your measurements below.
  6. Join The OB Fitness Christmas Virtual Weight Loss Challenge WhatsApp Group-for daily reminders…
  7. Weekly to Bi-Weekly, capture your calories recommendations by submitting in our calculator below.
  8. Complete your Daily Challenges. Challenges are shared at 4am EST daily on this page (during challenge period).
  9. Be present for Virtual Zoom group activities (generally Saturdays and/or Sundays, 3:30pm EST), during the challenge period. These activities will be livestreaming on this page, and on our YouTube Channel.
