Simone, Arlene & Camille took on the challenge of the 1st mileage workout in 2023 at Emancipation Park, Jamaica. This workout was comprised of a 5000m run & walk, followed by a series of calisthenics (triceps dips, pull ups & leg raises); with an interval-based elliptical machine segment. All the ladies gave a good representation of themselves through effort & fitness (developed through their enrollment in our personal training system chiefly).
