An annual thing for me on my birthday, is to ‘hol a medz’. To reflect on a year that was. To have some alone time with the almighty. This is customary for me, because as an individual who has experienced many lows, the highs yield the spiritual resonance of overwhelming gratitude.

In October 2021 the highlights for me were the testing of Sassy & Serious Activewear; as well as OB Fitness Self Defense interview at The Bridge 99fm.

Group excursion to the Blue Mountains of Jamaica & 6.5kmwalk (by senior community members chiefly) on the Palisadoes Strip (Kingston, Jamaica).
April, 2022
OB Fitness name being seen in person by those on the Motherland Continent (Country: South Africa). This was as a result of an OB Fitness community member (Patrice) wearing an apparel piece. This was considered as my highlight of 2022, until…
May, 2022
The securing of the villa property, and the confirmation of OB Fitness hosting it’s 1st “Fitness Retreat Experience!”. And the resumption of my teaching of KUKIBO Martial Arts curriculum to students, on the UWI Mona Campus.
