Treat meals have their place. These meals are meant to be enjoyed, and not eaten with guilt during or after. Food of all kinds (nutrient dense and/or calorie dense) are meant to be enjoyed (in moderation)…especially with loved ones.

In this particular video, we were on location at the Brew’d Awakenings. It was an occasion that resulted in Toddler AMB eating chocolate chip waffles for the first time, and Daddy OB eating veggie burger for the first time.
