
What is the Weight Change Challenge?
Weight Loss or Weight Gain-weight change, this is the focus. As a competitor, you either enter with a weight gain focus, or a weight loss focus. Over 50+ days, competitors are exposed to lifestyle-dominant challenges: workouts, diets, among others, under close supervision of the OB Fitness team. On Sundays throughout the challenge, you get the opportunity to watch the challenges the participants went through over the week before, as well as learn of the points amassed for each competitor, as well as the points tally board.
