On January 5th, 2025 we launched our customer relations management system. Our system was launched primarily through our need of mitigating against the risk, of overly resting the weight of our operations and functionality, within the being of our founder. Considering this year marks our 10th year of existence, coupled with our reality of an ever-growing audience and appeal, simply put, our need for this system is now.
How Our Customer Relations Management System (CRMs) Benefits You
For all of our business lines-consultation & lifestyle assessments, personal training system, flush & vetox programs, self defense fitness classes, etc.-our functionality & being (since our inception), reside in individualization & personalization. The drawback of this however is that individualization & personalization, conflict with our co-desire of scalability. This is where our now in effect CRMs, is of value. Through our CRMs., we can now digitally do the following:
- Create a members portal area on our website app, with the member/client having access to his/her fitness, body composition and other relevant personal data.
- Establish & maintain personal discourse (our team of designated) professionals with members/customers, through email.
- Enable personal data (of a member) to be accessed by the same member/client in his/her member(s) portal, on our website.
- Members/clients can now digitally access and track multiple of their personal records.
Additionally, with our CRM now available, our capacity to serve you (without the physical limit of our founder), through our multiple business lines; and administratively, have also been bolstered.
Safeguarding Your Personal Data-How our CRMs Does This
Prior to our CRMs being live, we would’ve primarily collected data of our members through platforms such as WhatsApp. Considering the relatively higher risk of us losing our mobile device, and/or our device being stolen, and/or being hacked (WhatsApp); as well as the risk of something dreadful happening to our founder-such as an accident-our central CRMs reduces the risk of your data falling into the wrong hands; as well as it enables continuity of our businesses. Among other things, access to our CRMs is:
- Limited to approved team members with trackable activity.
- Carried and safeguarded by a global leader in website platform monitoring and security such as ours.
At the very minimum, where there is a breach, and/or tamper (potential or actual) of our CRM, our member/client will be informed.
