Main Exercise in Video-Squat into Knee Lift: Significance
This exercise in movement mimics the horse stance & rising dragon stance. In functionality, this exercise conditions the body towards executing strong knee strikes & holding a strong horse stance.
Workout Approach for Your Fitness Development
Warm Up Segment
Jump Jacks: 3 sets of 20 reps. rest 30 seconds between.
Sit Ups: 3 sets of 20 reps. Rest 30 seconds between.
Main Segment (Using Child)
Squat-Alternating Knee Lift: 3 sets of 20 reps. Rest 1 minute between.
