The Chepstowe-Claverty road (Portland, Jamaica) is a one way in, one way out road. This road is highly susceptible to road blocks due to landslides.
In this audio-visual presentation, we share some of our findings from our conducted field work & research, of the Geo-Forces/realities that dictate the nature of this road; and in essence make sustainable road repairs (asphalt…) a very hard & expensive task. We also share some considerable sustainable solutions, residents & the wider public that use this road, should apply.
