On May 1, 2024, a magnitude 4+ earthquake with an epicenter in Fruitful Vale, Portland Jamaica occurred (Earthquake Unit of Jamaica). This is the same earthquake zone (potentially same fault line), as the Magnitude 5+ that ruptured in October, 2023.
