Whether your project is the size of the site selection and/or construction of your home, or the engineering of a highway; or the exploration/mapping of aggregates, when you contract our team, you can be assured of the utmost integrity & punctuality in the carrying out of our tasks, towards the successful outcome of your project.
Terms & Conditions
The terms & conditions herein are not exhaustive. When you checkout a particular Geology project or service on our website, at the commencement of our initial consultation where key deliverables are outlined/established, a binding contract will be drafted by our legal representative. The requisite signature, and/or seal, or stamp must be affixed on the originals and copies, prior the scheduled start of the project.
Post this stage, a minimum of 50% of the project fee (total of which is billed on this website), must be paid before we can start working on your project. To suit this, bank transfer option should be selected at Checkout. You may pay via Wire Transfer (this will be sent to your email after we’ve received notification of your invoice order).
In the event of natural disasters or other circumstances beyond the control of our team, and/or other contractors (if applicable) on your project, which result in your project being brought to a halt, then we’ll resume our duties on your project, once the conditions surrounding and within your project allows.
