Basics of Self-Defense Fitness: Single Class (Online)

For Adults.
An audience-specific, participatory prelude to our face to face, self-defense fitness classes, beneficial for all beginners, and/or individuals desirous of building his/her self-defense fitness capacity, sustainably.
At the end of this class participants will:
  • Have a stronger understanding of the concept: “Self Defense Fitness”; as well as a stronger capacity to defend self (at the least), through the application of the 4D’s specific to their world.
Class Instructor: Oshane Bryant- Licensed Student Instructor of KUKIBO Martial Arts & Self-Defense School; Certified Executive Protection (Caribbean Security Academy); 20+ years practitioner (martial arts, self defense, fitness).
Class Format: Zoom. (Access to class is granted specific to the name on invoice/receipt)
Select Saturdays-Feb to May, 2025; (3:30pm-4:30pm EST).
Max Number of Participants Per Class: 10
