As a standard, for every product pick-up, we require images of the product at the point of pick-up, and the showing of a Government Issued ID, as a transparency procedure. Only in the event of physical defect of the product at pick-up location (chipping, out of package, wrong color or similar), can you be allowed for an exchange, at no extra cost to you.
Refunds however, can’t be applied.
When picking up from our courier partner, you’ll be required to produce the unique code, as well as a Government issued ID. We ask that if in the event you see damage on the product (at pick up point of our courier partner), you take an image of the product, and send to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of pick-up, so we may look into your product being exchanged, at no additional cost to you.
Delay Of Delivery/Pick-Up Because Of Unforeseen Circumstances
We anticipate that there can be delays in delivery or pick-up because of unforeseen circumstances. To navigate this reality, we should maintain prompt communication for ease.
Products not picked up after 3 days will attract a storage fee charge, at a cost to you. This storage fee may be required of you to pay at the courier site of pick up or similar (delivery).
General Background On Our Dumbbells
Our dumbbells & punching bags are manufactured in Jamaica. Our products have the capacity of serving you for years. For this to be the case however, you must exercise the best care in preserving them. This means:
*No dropping of your weights, particularly on hard surfaces.
*Don’t store your weights around areas where it can get wet.
*Don’t stack weights on the handles of the dumbbells.
*Don’t forcibly remove the plastic covering the weights.
