Terms & Conditions. Waiver & Release.

The social elements of this trip & experience(pictures & videos), will be captured for future use by O’Shane Bryant Fitness Limited. By purchasing this product, you agree to having your image, voice, and likeness used for product development and marketing by O’Shane Bryant Fitness Limited.

Because physical exercise can be strenuous and can pose to you the risk of serious injury (at the least), we urge you to obtain a physical examination from a licensed doctor before using any exercise equipment, participating in any exercise/physical activity, or engaging in any dietary modification regimen. You agree that by participating in this experience, and/or with any of our products, you do so entirely at your own risk.

You agree that you are voluntarily participating in the activities included in this experience, and that you assume all risks of injury, illness, or death. We (O’Shane Bryant Fitness Limited & Partners) are also not responsible for any loss of your personal property where applicable.

You acknowledge that you have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You expressly (by checking out this product on our website-joinobfitness.com) agree to release and discharge O’Shane Bryant Fitness Limited, its executives, its staff, partners & other stakeholders, from claims or causes of action, and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against the above-mentioned for personal injury and, or property damage.

In the event of cancellation on the part of O’Shane Bryant Fitness Limited, you the customer will be refunded 100% of the event cost. In the event of cancellation due to an Act of God, War,  Natural Disaster or similar, then primarily the event will be rescheduled to a later date.

To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence.

If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.

By submitting this you acknowledge that you understand its content and that this release cannot be modified orally.
