Supervised Version
Burn n Build is an 8 week program that will push participants to burn through their thresholds & build muscle thickness. It is for that person who either wants to reduce their body fat levels (Burn Focus), or build muscle thickness (Build Focus). The 1st & last weeks are test weeks. In these test weeks, participant’s strength, strength endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness will be tested & measured.
Workouts in this program are structured based on:
- Program of focus (Burn or Build).
- Specific fitness & functional capacity of the participant.
General Workout Modality of this program include:
- Compound strength training (bodyweight & externally added load)..
- Sprints.
- Flexibility, Isometrics & Mobility.
