What is AXLR8
Our fitness program is geared towards revving up your metabolic rate through HIIT & Cardio-Dominant training experiences (primarily). The end outcome is you more toned, post-Christmas.
AXLR8 Method System for a more Toned You
Method 1: Light Resistance
You have the option of choosing between resistance bands, dumbbells’ and kettlebells. Each of them have their unique and complimentary benefits.
Ladies, your light dumbbells/kettlebells should be between 3lb (pair) to max, 8lb (pair). If using resistance bands, your light resistance should be 10lbs
Gentlemen, your light dumbbells/kettlebells should be between 8lb (pair) to max, 20lb (pair). If using resistance bands, your light resistance should be 20lbs
Method 2: Medium-Heavy Resistance
Ladies, your Medium-Heavy dumbbells/kettlebells should be between 10lb (pair) to max, 20lb (pair). If using resistance bands, your light resistance should be 20-30lbs
Gentlemen, your light dumbbells/kettlebells should be between 15lb (pair) to max, 30lb (pair). If using resistance bands, your medium-heavy resistance should be 30-50lbs
Method 3: Long Distance Cardio-2x Weekly
For a minimum of 2x weekly, program participants are tasked with minimum 30 minutes (per bout) of long distance (5K on land. 1K swimming in water), cardio. If you have any joint-related pain, and have been given clearance by your doctor, please ensure you have joint support on when executing this exercise mode.

Method 4: Supervised Calorie-Restrictive, Nutrient-Dense Meals- Flush & Vetox
Every 2nd Monday-Wednesday monthly within this program. Free for Loyal Online, BHC & Bustamante members–with Coupon Code. Unlike our free 3 days version (available on YouTube), with our supervised version, there are applicable tweaks, made available through our program creator or program service professional. All participating members must register for supervised version by selecting the period interested in participating.

Method 5: Community-Support
It’s proven time & time again, that support from a community of like-mined people, is immensely major towards helping us on our endeavors. As you participate in this and our other programs, we encourage you to engage with our close-knit community through the sharing of your experiences (challenges & successes), and daily activities. Method 6: Session Scheduling
For online members, training will generally take place Mondays-Fridays. You are to select your training schedule for your week of training, no later than either the day before the new cycle start; or the day before the new training week (Sundays).
