Deep Sea Mining economic potential is estimated at a staggering 20 Trillion USD (Google Search).

Backed by the “green revolution demand” via industries such as green energy, electrical vehicles, etc., this relatively ‘green mining space’ offers long term profit potential for investors: government & companies alike.

The general narrative is that Deep Sea Mining present very little environmental distruption to ecosystems with the photosynthetic water depths. However, in our view this is a very narrow view/considerations.

Not much is generally shared in the public about the potential impact on Chemosynthesizers, and dependent food chains/webs. Similarly, very little is mentioned of the potentially increased Tsunami risk.

We share these and other considerations.
