Self Defense Fitness-Driving

Plan your route(s) and errands to make from the day before. Then, attach a time window (start, finish, total duration) for your commute/business on the road.  Take into consideration, high traffic routes, bottleneck routes, passengers, emergencies & unforeseen circumstances, into your planning. Generally, avoid bottlenecks. Maintain 1 car length (minimum) in both high & low traffic times.
